"fraud dealer"

It was shocking to believe that How come the feedback form could be mandatory requirement for collection of vehicle especially when 15 questions in feedback form is experience of customers when they receive the vehicle after servicing. How do you expect to fill up the form even before the receipt of vehicle and balance 5 questions about the service adviser in his presence starring at you. The feedback form is totally Fraud.

"rudest person have seen"

I had visited this dealer shop for buying a new car for myself. But most of the time the dealer is not present in the shop. Also the space inside the shop is too less. I had told the manager to show or give details on the car which I had chosen. He ignored that model and began to show the model of his choice or particularly which was available in his shop. Also the cost of the model are high compared to showroom price. I said to show some cheap models then he began to shout and gave me the pamphlet to see the models. He was very rude.

"My decision was wrong"

My father unfortunate decision of purchasing a innova and is suffering because of that decision ever since. Most recently, when he gave the car to the only service center in his city, they kept it for a month saying they did not have the part.

"I am not satisfeid with service."

My vehicle innova got an accident and i put my vehicle to repair in galaxy july 2nd 2016 and they said vehicle properly complete in five days and they told me that get delivery of vehicle on 9th july 2016. but they not given my vehicle on giving date by them. I am not satisfied with staff and service centre of galaxy toyota.

"Increase the services"

Galaxy motors your people are not trained well on customer interaction... you irritate the customer to the fullest... I had enough torture from u people... Becoz of your service standards... you are losing sales... Even maruti people receive well when we visit there showroom/service center... Its high time guys...Increase your service centres & ur service standards..

"Behaviour is totally disapointed"

My car wants to need for servicing, there was some issues, so i was sent my vehicle to galaxy toyota, But they have not solve the problem which i mentioned to service adviser, and they returned my car without solving any problem. No problem is solved. I am also not satisfied with the behaviour.

"Staff issue"

I had some problems with the dealer, becouse, I feel very delight but the service was disappointed me a lot it was the bad experience of my life ever, actuly i was booked a appointment 3 days in advance but when i was gone in showroom No one attend s me. That time i feel very disapointed.
