"Unprofessional team !!."

Worst service Bought car few months bACK and they are completely unresponsive.They have not provided the RC even after calling them multiple time.Car has also developed problem. Completely unprofessional team.

"Totally lose"

When we suppose to go for service we handover our vehicle to your service centre, what we expect that kind of service they are not delivered properly. They gave a bad serivice to customer. If you want do mail, you have no reponse to there side. Totally lose

"Respect for customer times.."

My Experience at Rana motors for after sales has always been sad , depressing and a big problem in terms of waiting , appointments , timely delivery etc. There is a waiting period of 20 Days for appointment for a normal service. This shows how under staffed they are or lack of infrastructure for after sales. It seems after sales service is not a priority or of any importance to maruti or there dealers. They have just no respect for customers time.

"Coordination and communication "

Customer Service at the dealer. I booked for service my vehicle at the rana motors dealer and they gave me such a hard time that for a moment i even considered cancelling the booked for servicing, Starting from the time they promised when the vehicle to be delivered to the day they actually delivered, lot of issues. They totally lacked in coordination and communication with the customer.

"Cheeters!!"

I have purchased this vehicle from rana motors i got it first service 4th aprail. I don't know why its happening to me but really feel like to sell out my all maruti vehicle. I got some problems regarding services and all i complaine to everyone but result was nothing
