"Good Handling by Sales staff"

Dealer was very polite and he was handling everything very smoothly. he greeted me very well and ask for tea and coffee. behavior of the sales staff was very friendly. He has good knowledge of the car.

"Not like the other motors !!.."

I like his services and the customer support. Their staff is very corporated. One of the best thing in rana motors is that if you book any car, they will give the car before the delivery date, not like the other motors that will ever not deliver on delivery date.

"Nobody listen your issues."

I had a problems to which are inform to the service manager 10 times .but their problems are not resolved. we are facing lots of inconvenience regarding service procedure nobody at the service station is taking a measurable steps and the behavior is also not good so i request the amruti company please black listed these types of service station who are taking down your market goodwill and please short out these above listed problems also.

"Avoid this dealer"

These are discusting peoples there staff was not understand the customer and Very poor customer service, last time they over charge me for additional protection pack, be aware when you buying a car from them. Avoid the place if you can.

"Poor service poor behaviour !!..."

This dealer Executives at the office are delivering all wrong information and do even know how to respect a customer. I does'nt mean that my car has more demand and your executives speak the way they want to the customer.The service provided by the dealer also very poor.
